Wizard Chan, born Fuayefika Maxwell on June 26 in Okrika, Rivers State, Nigeria, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and music producer known for his unique fusion of Afro-Teme and reggae genres. He began his music career in 2020 with the release of his debut single "Halo Halo," but gained significant recognition with "Earth Song" in December 2022.  In 2023, Wizard Chan won the Best Alternative Song of the Year award at The Headies for "Earth Song." He is celebrated for blending Afrobeat, reggae, highlife, hip hop, and soul, creating a distinctive sound that reflects his cultural roots and musical versatility.
