Victony first came into the limelight when he rapped alongside Ladipoe on his revival Sunday series. His debut EP- 'Saturn' was released in 2020 to critical acclaim. Following his involvement in a car crash and confinement to a wheelchair in 2021, he released 'Pray' and got his big break  later that year when he collaborated with Mayorkun on 'Holy Father.' The song peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Top Triller Global charts in December 2021.
